Mackenzie is a photographer and environmentalist based out of Western Canada. He is a staunch proponent of the ethicality of wildlife and nature photography, and strives to find out how best to protect the natural world from the impact of humans whilst digitally capturing the unwavering beauty of it.
He believes sustainability is the most important factor in the field of photography, as well as any other professional field, and great care must be taken to avoid further detriment to the environment. While he understands that personal sustainability practices are important, he strongly feels that systemic change is the only real way to make a positive impact on the environment and therefore he strongly advocates for it
